Armol Justice Davidson, 85, of Lucedale, MS answered the last call of his Supreme Commander on March 15, 2017. Armol was born on August 31, 1931 in Baker, FL, to the late Bill Davidson and Esther Davidson Spence. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he retired as EQCM (E-9) Master Chief Petty Officer. On June 26, 1954, Armol married his best friend and love of his life, Myra Cunningham. Together, they enjoyed traveling, sightseeing and spending time with their family. He enjoyed farming, gardening, hunting, and fishing. He was member of F.R.A., D.A.V., and the American Legion. He was also a member of Sharon Baptist Church. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He believed in God, family, and country. He was a true patriot.

In addition to his parents, Armol was preceded in death by his sisters, Sadie (Astor) Davidson and Rosie  Steele; and granddaughter, Mallory Davidson.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Myra Davidson; daughter, Pamela Davidson (Ronald Glenn) Latimer; son, Bill “Rusty” (Martha) Davidson; grandchildren, Lisa Marie (Jeremy) Latimer-Deep, Rebecca Lynn Latimer, Corbin R. Davidson, Kyle B. (Courtney) Davidson, Will (Heather) Joiner, and Eric (Stephanie) Parker; great-grandchildren, Layla G. Davidson, Collin Davidson, Kylie Davidson, Macie, Megan and Maddie Joiner, Makayla Parker, Jacob and Alexis Standridge, and Erica & Christian Whatley; brother-in-law, Roddy Steele; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Escatawpa, MS. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel beginng at 11:00 a.m. with Chaplain Kelvin Bolden officiating. Interment will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.
