Frazier Denver Breazeale, 72 of Pascagoula, MS passed away on Wed. November 16, 2016.

Denver was born in Philadelphia, MS on October 26, 1944 to Frazier Denson and Max Breazeale the middle of three sons. After graduating from Waynesboro High School, he attended Jones Junior College, and Mississippi State University before enlisting in the Army. Denver spent 20 years managing Waller Brothers in Pascagoula before becoming the manager of Mobile Lumber where he retired in 2015.

Denver was united in holy matrimony to Peggy Sue Waddell on September 17, 1976. This union was blessed with 2 children Brittany Tyler and Samuel Kyle. Denver was a member of Arlington Heights Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with his “Thursday Group” playing golf, as well as catching a sporting event in Starkville, rooting for the bulldogs with his Nash Street Gang. A kind hearted man, he will always be remembered for his jovial spirit and quick witted sense of humor.

He was preceded in death by his parents Denson and Max Breazeale and his father-in-law Frank Waddell.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Peggy Waddell Breazeale; daughter Brittany (Tim) Chudzik of Long Beach, MS; son Kyle (Lisa) Breazeale of Brookhaven, MS; brothers Phillip (Charlotte) Breazeale of Philadelphia, MS and Leslie (Kathy) Breazeale of Saucier, MS; sister-in-law Pat Cotten of Pascagoula, MS; brother-in-law Jerry Waddell (Dr. Suzanne McKee) of Hattiesburg, MS. He is also survived by 7 beloved grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be held on Monday, November 21, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Escatawpa, MS. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ben Carlisle officiating. Interment will be held at 2:30 p.m. at Heidelberg Cemetery in Heidelberg, MS with Frank Breazeale, Jackson Breazeale, Patrick Smith, Terry Watts, Greg Hughes, and Adam Bounds serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Ernie Schroeder, Doug Horn, Perry Hockaday, Tom Vervaeke, Leroy Faucett, Doug Brown, Yank Sharlow, Paul Beach, Jerry Beach, Dan Templeton, Clayton Fowler, D.D. Lewis, Mark Frederick, and Jim Epting. In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to Disabled American Veterans organization.

Heritage Funeral Home, locally owned and operated in Escatawpa/Moss Point, MS is in charge of arrangements.
